Carol Monroe is the leading force behind our growing organization. Carol brings over 15 years of contract management, operations, and management consulting experience to our operation. Throughout her career she has improved business processes, developed strategic communication plans, and delivered integrated technology solutions to the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Justice, Department of Defense, and state/local government. Carol is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and graduated with Master of Business Administration, MS in Management, and BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
Deirdre Gonzalvez, Director of Operations & Quality Control Manager
Deirdre Gonzalvez is responsible for the management and oversight of our contract support personnel ensuring a consistent focus on high quality customer service. Deirdre engages in frequent and open communication with our project teams with a focus on understanding customer requirements and timely completion of deliverables. She supervises a portfolio of work that specializes in mission critical support services, project management, strategic planning, and governance with a total value of over $20M. Deirdre is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and graduated with a BS in Management from Towson University.
Mercy Njoroge, Finance & Accounting
Mercy Njoroge leads our accounting and finance functions. Mercy has a vast understanding of government contract accounting, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) standards. With a career specializing in GovCon, her expertise includes cost accounting, financial accounting & reporting, revenue recognition, and project reporting among others. She is responsible for full-cycle accounting ensuring that we maintain financial integrity through a system of accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures. Mercy is a certified CPA with a BS in Accounting and Finance from UMGC.
Jeffrey Lodick, Customer Success Manager
Jeffrey Lodick spearheads the organizations initiative to build awareness of RedSky’s capabilities to the Department of Defense and other federal government entities. As a United States Army Veteran with over 20 years served, he brings an extensive knowledge of what military organizations need and expect from their contracting workforce. With over 15 years of program management and operations management experience Jeffrey’s skillset is key to strengthening customer relationships, evaluating customer needs, and ensuring RedSky exceeds all expectations. Jeffrey is a published author, podcast host, and continues to serve the military community by assisting transitioning Service Members as a Career Readiness Instructor.
Garry Steffen, Sr. Technical Advisor
As Sr. Technical Advisor, Garry advises our SOF customers on the operation and maintenance of enterprise networks. Garry is a 28-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served as a communications officer managing the operations and cybersecurity of computer, satellite, and single channel radio networks. He provides technical guidance in defensive cyberspace operations, Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) management, cyber security tool procurement, and enterprise software upgrades. Garry is currently working toward his Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification and earned a BS in Political Science from Northwest Missouri State University.
James “Stew” Stewart, Jr., Sr. Technical Project Manager
As a Sr. Technical Project Manager, Stew is focused on enterprise-level projects for our SOF customers. Stew ensures proper management of shared resources and maintains customer expectations through constant and consistent communications. Stew is a retired Marine Corps veteran with a career in communications and information technology. Throughout his career, Stew has installed, operated, and maintained small local area networks as well as larger wide area networks. Stew is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has earned a BS in IT Management from Campbell University and a MS in Project Management from the University of Southern California.
