Carol Monroe is the leading force behind our growing organization. As President and CEO, Carol brings over 15 years of contract management, operations, and management consulting experience to our operation. Throughout her career, she has improved business processes, developed strategic communication plans, and delivered integrated technology solutions to the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Justice, Department of Defense, and state/local government. Carol is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has earned an MBA, MA in Homeland Security Management and BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
